Persevida determines the purposes and means of the processing described below and acts as data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). These identification details coincide with those in our Legal Notice.

Data we collect

We only process personal data that you provide to us directly or that is strictly necessary to operate the website:

• Contact form — name, email, company (optional), brand of interest (optional) and message. The submission is delivered by email to our mailbox roberto@persevida.com; it is not stored in any database on this website.
• reCAPTCHA v3 (Google) — a token generated when you submit the contact form, used only to verify that the submission is made by a human.
• Cookies — analytics cookies (_ga, _gid, Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (_fbp, Meta Pixel), set only after your consent through our cookie banner; see the Cookie Policy for the full list.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data only for the following purposes, each with its legal basis under the GDPR:

• Protecting the website against spam and abuse (reCAPTCHA v3) — Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only for as long as necessary for each purpose:

• Contact-form emails — 12 months from receipt, then deleted.
• Cookie-consent record — 6 months (182 days) from your choice, then it expires and you are asked again.
• Analytics and marketing cookies — _ga for 24 months and _gid for 24 hours (Google Analytics); _fbp for 3 months (Meta Pixel). They are deleted immediately when you withdraw consent.

Recipients of your data

We never sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the following providers, engaged as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, and with public authorities where required by law:

• OVH — housing of the server that hosts this website.
• Resend — delivery of the contact-form email.
• Google — Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA v3.
• Meta — Meta Pixel, only after marketing consent.

International data transfers

Some of the providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Google and Meta are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework; where a transfer is not covered by an adequacy decision, it is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The server that hosts this website (OVH) is located in the European Union.

Your rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time by writing to legal@persevida.com. We will answer within one month of receiving your request:

• Access — know which of your data we process
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — have your data deleted
• Restriction — limit processing while a claim is examined
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
